1. Step 1 — Gentle Shampoo: Section damp hair into 4 parts. Apply to the scalp, massage gently with the pads of your fingers, rinse thoroughly.
2. Step 2 — Nourishing Conditioner: Apply generously from mid-length to ends. Detangle in sections. Leave on 3–5 minutes. Rinse with cool water.
3. Step 3 — Intensive Mask (once a week): Apply after conditioner on freshly washed hair. Cover with a cap, leave 10–15 minutes. Add heat for deeper repair. Rinse thoroughly.
